A reset or iOS/Android update can remove an eSIM. Do not delete it yourself — contact support to re-issue your QR code if needed.
Go to Settings > Mobile Data, select the TravelNet line, then choose "Remove eSIM". On Android, open the eSIM and tap the erase/delete option.
In Settings > Mobile Data, choose which line is used for data and calls. You can keep your physical SIM for calls and use the TravelNet eSIM for data.
