Article 1 — Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the « Terms ») govern all transactions carried out on the travelnet-esim.com website. They apply to any order for eSIM plans placed by a consumer (hereinafter the « Customer ») with TravelNet (hereinafter the « Seller »).

The Customer acknowledges having read these Terms before placing an order. Validating an order implies express and irrevocable acceptance of the Terms.

Article 2 — Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• eSIM : a digital SIM card integrated into the Customer's device, providing access to a mobile network without a physical SIM card.
• QR code : a code to scan in order to install the eSIM profile on the Customer's device.
• Activation : the action by which the Customer installs and activates the eSIM profile on their compatible device.
• Plan : a mobile data offer (data amount, validity period) sold by the Seller.
• Device : the Customer's eSIM-compatible smartphone or device.

Article 4 — Product description

The offered plans are virtual eSIMs (eSIM profiles) providing Internet access through partner mobile networks in the chosen destination. The essential characteristics of each plan (data amount, validity period, network coverage, speed) are displayed on each product page.

Delivery is exclusively dematerialized: the Customer receives a QR code by email after payment confirmation. No physical delivery is made.

Article 5 — Prices

Plan prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). The total amount due by the Customer is indicated in the order summary before payment validation. No hidden fees are applied.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with plans being invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order.

Article 6 — Order process

The Customer selects the desired plan(s) and adds them to the cart. After reviewing the order summary, the Customer validates the order and proceeds to payment. An order confirmation is sent by email to the Customer summarizing the purchase details.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, unresolved prior dispute, or non-compliance with these Terms.

Article 7 — Payment terms

Payment is made online by credit card via the payment provider [PAYMENT_PROVIDER_NAME] (Lemonsqueezy). The Customer's banking data is processed directly by the payment provider and is never stored or accessible by the Seller.

The order is confirmed and processed only after payment validation by the provider.

Article 8 — Delivery

After payment confirmation, the Customer receives an automatic email containing the QR code for eSIM installation, typically within 60 seconds. No physical delivery is made.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM-compatible. Installation instructions are provided in the confirmation email. In case of non-receipt, the Customer should contact support at support@travelnet-esim.com.

Article 9 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun with the consumer's prior express agreement.

The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

• eSIM activation begins immediately after the order;
• The Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 13°.

Before activation : The Customer may obtain a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the QR code has not been scanned nor the eSIM profile installed.

After activation : No refund is possible, except in case of a proven technical defect preventing eSIM usage, after verification by the support team.

Article 10 — Legal warranties

The Customer benefits from the legal conformity warranty (Articles L217-1 to L217-32 of the French Consumer Code) and the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). In case of a proven technical defect, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective plan or issue a refund.

For any claim, the Customer must contact support at support@travelnet-esim.com, providing their order reference and a detailed description of the issue.

Article 11 — Consumer mediator

In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute. Failing an amicable resolution, the Customer may refer the matter to the following mediator:

Article 12 — Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts, subject to applicable mandatory provisions on territorial jurisdiction.
