1. Seller

These terms govern the sale of eSIM plans on travelnet-esim.com by:

Global Roaming Solutions LLC, a company under the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States), registration number 0008114394, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, operating under the trade name TravelNet eSIM.

2. Products

We sell electronic data SIM cards (eSIM) intended for travel use. Each plan specifies its geographic coverage, data allowance, validity period, and price.

An eSIM is a digital product. It is delivered as an activation code (QR code) with installation instructions.

3. Device compatibility

An eSIM requires a compatible and carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to check that your device is compatible before purchase. A list of compatible devices is available on the site.

A plan purchased for an incompatible device does not give rise to a refund, subject to Section 8.

4. Ordering

Orders are placed online. You select a plan, confirm your cart, and proceed to payment. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

A confirmation email is sent after payment.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order, and payment is charged in USD. We may change prices at any time, without effect on orders already placed.

6. Payment

Payment is made by card through our secure payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

7. Delivery

Delivery is electronic. After payment confirmation, the activation code (QR code) and instructions are sent to you by email, generally immediately. Please check the email address you entered and, if needed, your spam folder.

8. Right of withdrawal and immediate performance

Under the rules applicable to the supply of digital content, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, since an eSIM is digital content supplied immediately, you expressly consent, at the time of ordering, to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the eSIM is activated.

As a result:

• As long as the eSIM has not been activated (QR code not scanned, plan not installed), you may request cancellation and a refund.
• Once the eSIM is activated or data has been used, the plan is no longer refundable.

9. Coverage and service quality

Network coverage depends on the destination, local partner operators, and your device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage everywhere. 4G/5G availability varies by area.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the plan purchased. We are not liable for indirect damages, nor for unavailability attributable to local networks, your device, or incorrect handling during installation.

11. Support

Any support request or complaint may be sent to support@travelnet-esim.com. We aim to respond promptly.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States). If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of your order.
